Away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town, yet only a 15-minute drive from the city center, our 4-star da Heim Apartments are located directly at the beach of Table Bay. Just a 1-minute walk away, the wide beaches and the fantastic view of Table Mountain await you. You can also relax in our gardens or swim a few lengths in our solar-heated 25-meter pool.
Sunset Beach is the safest area in the entire Western Cape, so you can move around freely without a car. All apartments are also alarm-secured.
A small shopping center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, restaurants and cafés are a 10-minute drive away.

- 7 solar thermal collectors heat water for two 500-liter tanks.
- 39 photovoltaic modules generate 10 kW of electricity for daily use.
- 18 photovoltaic modules charge batteries for power during outages and at night
- A 10 kW heat pump, powered by solar energy, heats the 25 m saltwater pool to up to 27 °C.
- Wells and a water treatment plant for groundwater of drinking water quality
- We separate our waste into plastic, paper and other waste. We also collect glass bottles.

Our apartments are thoughtfully designed with families in mind — a place where both parents and children can truly relax and enjoy their holiday. Just 100 meters from the beach, our location makes it easy to spend sunny days by the sea. Back at the guesthouse, kids can splash and play in our 25-meter heated pool or enjoy the safe, open garden space.
Safety is a top priority: the area Sunset Beach is monitored by CCTV cameras and patrolled 24/7 by a professional security company, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.
Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, so you have the freedom to cook and dine just the way your family likes it. For our little guests, we provide baby cots, baby beds, and high chairs at no extra cost.
Need a quiet evening or some time to yourself? We also offer trusted babysitting services (available at an additional charge) on request.

All-round service
Enjoy a solar-heated 25 m pool with non-swimmer area, a warm outdoor shower, barbecue area with outdoor lounge, large garden, washing machine, dryer and secure parking. On request, the pool can be fenced off for children and surf equipment can be stored safely.
Bathroom cleaning on demand, made beds, regular linen change and complete apartment cleaning every 4 days. Our reception will be happy to help with restaurant bookings, tours, car hire or organize a massage directly in the apartment.

Outstanding location, in a very safe and nice neighbourhood, calm, very close to the beach, fantastic view (depending on the apartment you rent) not far from the city, excellent surfing, tennis, golf, running, biking and hiking around the corner or nearby. Service, internet, cleaning, garden, pool is excellent and the hosts are very friendly and always helpful. Can`t be any better - also for workation and long-time stay. We will definitely come back and stay even longer!
Da Heim is a great Guesthouse in the awesome suburb of Sunset Beach in the beautiful City of Cape Town. If you're a kite surfer, wind surfer, or just love the beach, you won't have to drive to get there from the Guesthouse as the beach is about a 30 second walk from the front door (maybe 100m). The staff are great, the place is spotless and the pool is Olympic length so you can wake up and start your day with a few laps. Highly recommended.

Mega cool accommodation, only 1min from the beach. Perfect for all water sports enthusiasts, but everyone else will have fun too. I felt very safe, thanks to the power generator you don't have the problem of constant power cuts in South Africa. So I was also able to work from here. Highly recommended!
